Greensboro Children’s Museum

Have you been or brought the kids to the Greensboro Children’s Museum?? If not…you’re definitely missing out!

The museum has unlimited features to offer including “Creation Station”, where the kids can actually take their creations home, and real life-size city sponsored vehicles like a fire truck and police car! There is a market, a train depot, a health center, a post-office, a quiet reading area, a building room, a tot spot for younger kids…the list goes on! The best part? The Edible Schoolyard, where kids can learn where their food comes from. And has anyone heard of an “Iron-Chef” summer camp? Yep, it’s definitely as cool as it sounds!

The Greensboro Children’s Museum constantly has something fun happening, if not just a good time for children (and parents) of all ages! If you stop by and love it (we know you will), you can even become a regular member!

So, if you’re looking for something different to do with the kids, stop by the Children’s Museum for hours of unending fun. They are closed on Monday (except to members from 9 AM- Noon), and open 9-5 most other days of the week (open until 8 PM on Friday and open at 1 PM on Sunday). Through labor day, which is right around the corner, Friday night admission is just $2 from 5-8 PM.

The museum is even available for event rentals, birthday parties, sleepovers, field trips and much more.

For more information about hours of operation, admission, membership, events and more, check them out online!

The Greensboro Children’s Museum is located at 220 North Church Street in Downtown Greensboro.
