Replacements, LTD: The Shopper’s Experience

For those of you who are unfamiliar with Replacements, LTD, it is a store in Greensboro, NC that sells vintage & current dinnerware, crystal, silver and collectables. When I say store, I actually mean a facility that is equivalent to eight football fields. So, as you could imagine my first time there last week was pretty incredible! I’m excited to share the inside shopping experience with you all!

Pulling up to the building brought a feeling of anxiousness to get inside and check this place out. From the outside, you would have no idea just how much there is to see! Myself and another member from our marketing team were lucky enough to get a behind-the-scenes tour of the entire building. Right from when you step inside continuing until you find a unique item to purchase, there is a feeling of cohesiveness. They truly treat you like family and it’s something really special.

Walking through the endless halls of inventory brought me a sense of comfort. Recognizing China patterns that have been passed down through my family brought warmness throughout. This place is built off of genuine tradition and value, and that shines through their successes over the years.

This is the type of place where I called my grandmother immediately after and said, “The next time you come visit I know where we’ll be going!”. Replacements, LTD brings people together and has some of the best customer service I will ever experience. I can’t wait to go back with my family!

Head over to their website to learn even more about the company and to see everything they have to offer! Who knows, you could also discover or create new family traditions!
